Whose That Cookie Lady?

My name is Patti. I am a mother of two boys, and a wife of 8 years to my wonderful husband Nick. It’s a family affair over here! The children and the husband are the official cookie tasters of Confectionery Perfections, and they take their job VERY seriously. My husband is also responsible for my logo, stickers, tags and much more.

I have always been artistic. I went to college for dance and art education. I have taught dance since 2002, but took some time off after my second son was born and started experimenting with decorating cookies. I've always done elaborate birthday cakes and cookies for my oldest son's birthdays, so I thought I would enjoy it. AND I HAVE! I feel like I'm using all of my visual arts training again!

I love cookie-ing and helping bring cookies to life for my customers. The best part of my job is when someone tells me their "theme" and I get to work with them on the best cookie designs to help bring that something special to their party.
